Meet our dentist
Dr. Thomas-Webb’s journey in dentistry began at the age of 16 as a dental assistant. That early exposure sparked a passion for the profession and inspired her to pursue a career in oral healthcare.
She initially earned her credentials as a dental hygienist, where she discovered her true passion for clinical dentistry. She graduated fifth in her class from Howard University in 1996, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Thomas-Webb has served in numerous leadership roles and on several advisory boards. Among her proudest accomplishments was serving as the CEO and owner of Webb Family and Pediatric Dentistry in Chesapeake, Virginia. She founded the practice in 1995 and successfully led it for 30 years.
In 2025, Webb Family and Pediatric Dentistry joined RB Comprehensive Dentistry, bringing together two practices with a shared commitment to comprehensive, compassionate, patient-centered care. The merger allows Dr. Thomas-Webb to continue caring for the patients and families she has built relationships with over the years while becoming part of the growing RB Comprehensive Dentistry team.
Today, Dr. Thomas-Webb continues to practice as an associate dentist with RB Comprehensive Dentistry. This next chapter allows her to remain focused on what she has always loved most—caring for her patients—while gradually transitioning away from the responsibilities of practice ownership as she looks toward retirement in the years ahead.
A devoted advocate for organized dentistry, she currently serves as President of the John L. McGriff Dental Society and President of the Old Dominion Dental Society.
Outside of dentistry, she is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
